Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Patient Services: Greet patients, check them in, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales and marketing opportunities to attract new patients and grow our business.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete transactions using point of sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional patient care.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our clinics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Sales Experience: At least one year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in point of sale software and other technical tools.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
