Credit Risk Specialist for Community Bank

We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Specialist to join our team at a strong community bank in your area.
About the Role:
- Evaluate the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit, and renewing line of credits for commercial and agricultural purposes.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent work experience as a credit analyst or related position in a financial institution.
- Minimum 3 years of financial institution experience with a heavy background in commercial credit.
- Formal credit training and excellent analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
