Project Management Role

Hire Talent is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to manage our projects at the department or division level. As a key contributor to our organization, you will oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business and IT management
  2. Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  3. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
  4. Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  5. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and teamwork
  6. Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, software development, or deployment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects

Compensation Package: Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
