Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and create personalized strategies to help them achieve their objectives.
- Provide investment advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions about their finances.
- Continuously develop and improve your knowledge and skills in financial services, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Work collaboratively with branch teams to ensure a high-quality client experience and meet business targets.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $38,500 - $100,000 for up to four years, plus commissions and incentives based on performance.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in the securities/financial services industry.
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification (Series 7 and Series 66 required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and meeting business targets.
