Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to delivering behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970. The MAPS Program specializes in outpatient opioid maintenance therapy for those struggling with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Job Responsibilities

This role entails managing care within an outpatient SUD treatment environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival
  • Maintaining accurate health records
  • Verifying insurance information
  • Additional administrative tasks as required
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 5:15 AM - 1:15 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 5:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Successful completion of drug screening and background checks
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Effective time and resource management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to write accurately and maintain legible handwriting
  • Capability to sit and view a screen for extended periods
  • Physical agility for bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Mobility throughout indoor and outdoor facilities
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
