Job Opportunity:

Cable One and our family of brands are seeking a talented Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to residential prospects and existing customers.
  • Secure new recurring revenue and incremental revenue through proactive communication and in-person visits.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Respond to customer-generated tickets and provide personalized communication.
  • Assist with or perform a range of customer support duties, including billing and pricing information, issue resolution, and product returns.
  • Document customer inquiries, status, and resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of proven sales experience or equivalent combination of sales experience and college education.
  • Stable work history.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
  • Maintain proper appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, walk for extensive periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
