About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Resilience Corp. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a technology-focused biomanufacturing company that's changing the way medicine is made.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections and conduct troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Establish visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis
  • Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to others to drive process improvements
  • Lead and coordinate investigations and studies with minimal supervision to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Participate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aid to ensure a safe working environment
  • Identify temporary and permanent fixes to address issues and initiate appropriate action when process deviations occur
  • Monitor equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicators to prevent downtime
  • Read, understand, and comply with cGMP and SOPs, including general safety, lock outs, and so on
  • Report process deviations when they occur to ensure prompt corrective action
  • Wear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE as required by specific activities to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform preventative and corrective/emergency maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervision to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure proper documentation practices during maintenance processes to maintain accurate records
  • Maintain equipment and systems along with their certification records to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and analyze process equipment performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Perform work required in response to process equipment requests received through the Work Request System to ensure timely completion
  • Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics to understand equipment and system functionality
  • Recommend and initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a state of compliance
  • Conduct safety checks for work group, department, or site to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including laboratory notebooks, quality records, and sample receipts
  • Pull necessary parts to complete a work order or ticket to ensure timely completion
  • Analyze trends in data to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes, and/or identify solutions or improvements
  • Perform regular audits of SOPs and/or work instructions to ensure compliance
  • Assist with executing validation protocols for processes, equipment, packaging, and/or cleaning to ensure quality
  • Provide off-shift support, including night shift support, to ensure 24/7 coverage
  • Provide input on the engineering of replacement parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Consult cross-functionally as an SME on systems and/or processes within a functional area to drive process improvements
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment
  • May require state certification or licensure for certain roles

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $36.50 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.
