Position Overview:
The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Manager for the Operating Room. This role is pivotal in overseeing patient services and ensuring operational excellence within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assume managerial responsibilities for one or more significant functions that support Nursing operations.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of Clinical Managers and Nursing supervisory personnel, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and assess processes aimed at improving performance, staffing effectiveness, and customer service outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate effective communication of these requirements.
- Engage with healthcare team members to align departmental objectives with hospital goals.
- Lead initiatives for policy development and procedural revisions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the monitoring and revision of departmental workflows and organizational design.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in the professional development of staff.
- Contribute to budget development and monitoring for designated areas.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of progressive experience in Nursing is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
