Job Title: Senior Systems Architect

Strider Technologies is a leading strategic intelligence company that empowers organizations to secure and advance their technology and innovation. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Systems Architect to join our IT team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the drive to bring our infrastructure to the next level of automation. As a Senior Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building production-level environments, ensuring services are set up properly and securely, and collaborating with other departments to provide the tools they need to further their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Expertise on AWS provisioning using Terraform, Ansible equivalent technologies
  • Strong AWS background to help with ensuring services are setup properly and securely
  • Experience with Kubernetes, EKS or other similar container management solutions
  • Expert knowledge of Linux systems (Redhat or Debian based)
  • Experienced in any of the scripting languages (bash, ruby, python etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems administration
  • Experience designing and building production level environments
  • Experience setting up custom monitoring for solutions like Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios
  • Willing to help with local IT support when needed
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with system hardening following set security standards like NIST
