Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Create and manage permissions with a profile-based access control system for shared folders, ensuring secure access for individuals and groups.
  • Deploy large IT systems using Windows and Linux operating systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Evaluate proposed technologies, including performing prototypes and producing reports and recommendations based on the outcome of the prototype.
  • Generate and deliver briefing materials to gain approval of technical solutions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage solution generation efforts for big-data management systems, actively facilitating and contributing to planning sessions, technical meetings, and programmatic meetings.
  • Select, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize Windows Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Services (DNS), Distributed Files System (DFS), and Active Directory, ensuring efficient network management.
  • Employ Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and patching cycles, ensuring up-to-date software and security.
  • Work with MacAfee EPO, ensuring effective endpoint security and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of employee and/or labor relations experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining physical and virtual Windows servers.
  • Demonstrated experience creating permissions with a profile-based access control system for shared folders.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying large IT systems using Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating proposed technologies and generating briefing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience managing solution generation efforts for big-data management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience selecting, deploying, and maintaining AWS cloud services.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Windows Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Services (DNS), Distributed Files System (DFS), and Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated experience employing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and patching cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with MacAfee EPO.
