Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled electronic assembler to join our team. This role requires expertise in fine hand soldering (30 gauge wire) and troubleshooting electronic components.

Work Environment:
The position is based in a climate-controlled facility, where you will utilize hand soldering tools, tweezers, clamps, and magnifying lenses to execute precise tasks. It is essential for candidates to understand that this role involves meticulous and detailed work, making prior experience with board-level repairs on delicate electronic circuits highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble electronic products according to specified drawings and documentation.
2. Diagnose and repair non-functioning electronic products.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in hand soldering, using multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and various hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation in English with exceptional attention to detail and integrity.
- Preferred training in J-STD-001 standards for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies.
- Basic computer skills are also necessary.

Education Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Technical school training is preferred.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $24, with additional overtime opportunities based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, as well as vacation and holiday pay.
