Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
About the RoleAs a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide personalized care and support. Your expertise will be crucial in improving the quality of life for our patients, and your compassion and empathy will make a significant difference in their lives.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options and related health topics
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- A valid Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing is preferred but not required
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual raises, paid time off accrual based on recent dialysis experience, and a comprehensive training program.
