As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our participants, working closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer treatment programs as established by the Physical Therapist
  • Assist with vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing
  • Coordinate with the rehabilitation team to implement activities and programs based on the participant's treatment plan
  • Handle scheduling, clinical visits, and billing
  • Deliver and document physical therapy interventions, including active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, and functional training
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License or proof of eligibility in the state of practice
  • Two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
