Job Summary

Rancho Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating therapy needs, developing and implementing Physical Therapy programs, and performing initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans on a consistent schedule and adjust as needed to ensure optimal patient progress.
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities, setting realistic goals to improve these areas.
  • Develop plans for patients following completion of their treatment programs.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to provide care and maintain a clean, organized, and effective environment for rehabilitation and physical therapy.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment in applying academic knowledge and clinical experience.
  • Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Establish rapport with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Integrity and discretion in all job-related matters.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or a foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance or accepted for licensure within six months from date of employment.
