Job Title: HR Clerk

At Caesars Entertainment, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our team. As an HR Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our team members and guests, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls and visits made by team members in the Human Resource office
  • Assist with auditing I-9's and personal files
  • Upload disciplinary actions and medical documentation in Ulti Pro
  • Employment verification with the Work Number
  • Assist with termination documentation filing process
  • Assist with I-9 audits
  • Make green new hire folders for orientation
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Clerical or customer service related experience is required
  • Excellent computer skills, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications

Indiana Grand Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment.
