Available Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 2-2-3 schedule

Starting Pay: $31.25/hr.

Pay Range: $31.25/hr. - $36.25/hr.

  • **Once hired, employees can take an assessment at any time to test into a higher pay level.**
  • **Study materials are provided by the company. They can take the assessment as many times as needed for free.**
Job Description
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing any electrical issues on the manufacturing floor.
  • Engage in the repair of all process, production, and facility equipment.
  • Lead and coordinate activities and repairs for equipment failures.
  • Ensure equipment failures are resolved in a timely order.
  • Document daily activities in the maintenance CMMS system.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement quality standard for the Maintenance Areas.
  • Communicate with all positions as necessary to successfully complete assigned projects and ensure the plant equipment and facilities are in proper working order.
  • Generate information to secure the necessary parts to complete projects and repairs.
  • Participate in PM events in all areas as necessary.
  • Monitor all emergency breakdown calls and call for technical assistance as needed.
