Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Property Adjuster Role professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling assigned claims involving 1st Party Homeowner and Commercial Property claims. This role is a field-based position that requires travel to loss sites to evaluate damages.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal and commercial lines policy forms and coverage analysis. They will also have demonstrated proficiency in writing detailed structural cost of repair/replacement estimates in Xactimate estimating system and proficient in PC Windows environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Field appraise losses of all types for both personal lines and commercial lines claims
  • Take loss reports directly from insureds and/or claimants and/or their representatives.
  • Appropriately handle incoming correspondence on assigned claim files.
  • Investigate assigned claims – confirm coverage – verify damages.
  • Evaluate and settle assigned claims based upon the results of the investigation.
