Job Overview

Position Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for new product initiatives, facilitating communication among team members.
  • Oversee the effective development and introduction of new products across various functions.
  • Organize both internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Direct project planning efforts.
  • Foster team connections and provide ongoing guidance to ensure project completion.
  • Monitor activities, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting project plans as necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional project team meetings and gate reviews.
  • Track and report on project metrics including schedule, budget, and risk assessments.
  • Update senior management on project progress.
  • Become proficient in the project management software, ensuring data is current.
  • Adhere to and promote compliance with our development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Product/Project Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and self-driven.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively manage tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting with standard office equipment.
  • Travel may be required for customer visits and site engagements.
  • Exposure to chemicals (refer to MSDS).
  • Potential exposure to dust and noise.
