Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Medical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting therapists with various tasks, including scheduling patients, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, therapists, and other staff members
- Basic computer skills to navigate electronic medical records and other software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Experience in medical billing or related field (preferred)
