About the Opportunity

Pure Storage invites applications for an Agile Technical Project Manager position, responsible for leading IT Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and driving the successful implementation of our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) project. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to efficient delivery of this strategic program, foster collaboration across teams, and drive transformation of our GTM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of CPQ project, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving adoption across the organization.
  2. Resource Optimization: Optimize use of project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution.
  5. Risk Management: Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
  6. Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  8. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.
  10. Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
  11. Agile Practices: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
  12. Agile Facilitation: Conduct Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems.

Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary range: $145,000 - $218,000 per year, based on your qualifications and location. As you grow with Pure Storage, you may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity opportunities.
