About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Ave K Station 51. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items. Your expertise will be utilized to operate a range of kitchen equipment, measuring and mixing ingredients to create delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food items, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, ensuring accurate and efficient food preparation.
  • Taste and evaluate food products, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Select and prepare recipes for menu cycles, taking into account nutritional and dietary requirements.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
