We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse/Trauma Coordinator to join our clinical team at HealthcareSource Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide consultation, leadership, and coaching to patients, staff, and the system, promoting quality care through evidence-based research and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation and leadership to patients, staff, and the system on trauma care and emergency situations.
- Develop and implement evidence-based research and best practices to improve patient outcomes and quality care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Deliver training and education to staff on trauma care and emergency procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in trauma care and emergency medicine.
- Master of Science in Nursing
- 5-7 years experience in specialty area of clinical practice
- Active in service line and/or professional development
- Must be clinical content expert in specialty area of clinical practice
- >1 year experience in delivering training in specialty area of clinical practice
- Current RN license (State of Georgia)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Authorization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) from the State of Georgia
- National Certification in specialty area of clinical practice
