Your responsibilities as a BCBA at Cornerstone:

We seek candidates with an active BCBA certification and substantial experience working with children across various ages and functioning levels.


In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing diverse tools to accurately evaluate your clients' strengths and challenges, facilitating the development and ongoing revision of a detailed Treatment Plan.
  • Managing day-to-day case responsibilities for your clients, which includes setting goals, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continued advancement.
  • Crafting, executing, and overseeing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Leading and mentoring your dedicated team of RBTs, providing direct oversight and guidance on program implementation.
  • Collaborating with a team of passionate clinicians committed to unlocking the potential of our clients.
  • Offering family support through parent meetings aimed at educating them on their child's development and providing training on applicable techniques for home use.
  • Facilitating transition and discharge planning for clients concluding their care.
