Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cambridge Properties Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong understanding of administrative and marketing principles.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the development and leasing team
  • Manage document/file management systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
Marketing Support
  • Assist in the design and preparation of marketing materials
  • Research market data and demographics
  • Update and maintain the company website and social media accounts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Document Management
  • Manage document filing systems
  • Coordinate the delivery and pickup of plans and documents
  • Assist in the management of contracts and leases
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate and office administration
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  • North Carolina notary certificate
