Job Title: Director of Human Resources

JAARS is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources team. As Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with global HR regulations and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement effective HR processes and systems.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in global HR regulations and best practices, ensuring our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an international HR leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • BA/BS degree in HR Management or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
