Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lifestyle Director to join our team at S&S Services Group Inc. as a key member of our community management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a world-class lifestyle program for our residents, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop, promote, and execute a full range of events, activities, classes, sports, healthy living programs, and fitness opportunities that cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
  • Communications and Marketing: Implement a comprehensive communications plan to keep residents informed about community events, news, and updates. Build partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the community's offerings.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit and organize volunteers to support community events and programs, ensuring a strong sense of community and resident engagement.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee and schedule facilities to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain a community website, create a community newsletter, and actively seek and manage advertising and sponsorships to promote the community.
  • Program Budgeting: Manage program budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximize community benefits.
  • Resident Support: Serve as a resource for homeowners, providing guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Resident Club Operations: Oversee the operations of the Resident Club, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lifestyle program management or a related field.
  • Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to focus and be productive under stressful situations.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for an extended amount of time.
  • Lift or move up to 25lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team leader qualities.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail-oriented.
