Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rose Route Manager to join our team at Witherspoon Pike Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of rose care and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Senior Management to set annual performance goals and metrics aligned with company strategy.
  • Perform Quality Work while adhering to our Core Values of Honesty/Integrity, Diligence, Quality of Product & Service, and Compassion.
  • Manage Daily Operations including evaluating gardens on each visit, watching for possible problems, and alerting supervisors of any issues or needs.
  • Communicate Effectively with customers regarding their garden's needs, suggested improvements and enhancements, or potential problems.
  • Meet Schedule Requirements of weekly care of roses defined service route in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Special Jobs and new beds are completed as requested by clients in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Continuously Improve Knowledge of rose care through available educational resources and staff meetings.
  • Report Completion of Work to supervisors.
  • Prepare New Gardens and assist in pulling bushes for planting.
  • Train and Oversee work of Route Assistants.
  • Follow Safety Policies and obtain and maintain a N.C. Pesticide license.
Requirements
  • Valid N.C. Driver's License and ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
  • Proficient Use of Mobile Devices for communication purposes.
  • Ability to Lift 75 Pounds or More.
Salary

$18 an hour
