Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Optimization Engineer to join our team at Packing Corp Of America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across our manufacturing facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with our production team to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems and software
  • Ability to travel as needed
