Senior Principal Test Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Test Engineer to join our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) team in Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for Analog Silicon ASIC devices across various fab technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document test plans, including software and hardware requirements
  • Design and develop test software and hardware solutions
  • Ensure test data integrity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 9 years of experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of experience, or PhD with 4 years of experience
  • Direct experience in semiconductor test engineering, including wafer or die ATE testing
  • Strong understanding of Analog and Mixed-Signal circuits, as well as Power Management circuits
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, as well as ATE hardware PCB design and layout
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
