Job Title: Senior Principal Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Test Engineer to join our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for Analog Silicon ASIC devices, ensuring high-quality test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans for Analog Silicon ASIC devices
  • Ensure high-quality test results and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence
  • Develop and maintain test software and hardware solutions
  • Ensure configuration control of test software and hardware
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 9 years of related experience or Master's degree with 7 years of experience
  • Direct semiconductor test engineering experience
  • Software skills in modern languages such as C#, Python, C++, or Java
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience with testing Analog & Mixed-Signal circuits
  • Direct experience with wafer or die ATE testing
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand
  • Experience with 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm prober operation
