Client AcquisitionWe have a robust in-house marketing team that generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. Our data-driven approach is constantly refined to find and engage motivated clients who have a need and desire to purchase life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that reaches homeowners, and those interested can respond through an online link, QR code, or by requesting a virtual appointment over Zoom. This approach ensures that only those who have expressed interest are contacted, resulting in effective client acquisition and high earning potential for our advisors.
Client FulfillmentAs a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our automation system will set a virtual appointment from anywhere, and the client will receive a calendar event with a one-click link to connect. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week, and we provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners. Some advisors start part-time and gradually move to full-time. In addition, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage, allowing clients to purchase insurance policies on their own and earning income for our advisors 24/7.
Advisor CompensationThe average compensation is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, and our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to 1099/commission-based income, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
ExpectationsThis position is remote, offering the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, combined with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, and rapid advancement into leadership is available.
