Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with branch managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents who need strategic marketing and brand support.
  • Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies, providing guidance on how to showcase our unique value proposition and Core 4.
  • Help real estate sales agents create a digital marketing strategy, including social media, online profiles, and customer testimonials.
  • Conduct annual reviews of agents' digital presence and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide issue resolution and one-on-one assistance to agents as needed.
  • Prepare monthly calendars of educational and training opportunities, and present marketing workshops on various topics.
  • Support multiple offices in the region by attending and presenting at group and one-on-one meetings, assisting with awards and recognition initiatives, and representing offices in community outreach and company charitable events.
  • Assist office staff with newly affiliated real estate agents, helping them get onboarded and set up for success.
  • Prepare personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents, and participate in presentations with branch managers.
  • Work with the creative team to create and manage local recruiting and ad campaigns.
  • Attend and participate in regional marketing meetings and/or training sessions.
  • Communicate regularly with the Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on key initiatives, challenges, and regional activity.
  • Submit competitive intelligence samples to the recruiting intelligence portal.
  • Stay up-to-date on quality issues, rules, industry regulations, and protocols related to marketing.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred).
  • Prior real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working effectively within a multi-functional and multi-location environment.
  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other online tools.
  • Basic understanding of standard industry-used graphic design software, including InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development.
