Job Summary

Magellan Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer care team in Hawaii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and meet performance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Manage and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of managing change, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
