Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and welding equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including the warehouse and yard areas.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement safe and effective solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with supervisors, office personnel, and other crew members to ensure seamless workflow and coordination.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, and that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment, including CNC machines and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge and Certifications: Strong knowledge of electronic controls and PLC programming, certified Lincoln Electric controller repair, and CNC programming for various machining centers and burn tables.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, and other hazardous conditions. Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are required, and a respirator may be necessary for specific operations.
CompensationThe salary for this position is $25-32 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
