Linetec Maintenance Planner Job Description

At Linetec, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting routine preventative maintenance scheduled events at our Wausau Finishing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans to ensure the effective and efficient execution of preventative maintenance activities.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records of spare parts and materials, ensuring that all necessary components are available for maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to track maintenance activities, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
