Maintenance Planner

Linetec is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to support routine preventative maintenance scheduled events at our Wausau Finishing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer preventive maintenance software program (iMaint), maintain asset information, and manage work order/PM activity.
- Develop plans and actions to support routine preventative maintenance scheduled events.
- Assist with setting up new assets and vendors.
- Review and update PMs for accuracy.
- Generate reports for Work Order and PM schedule compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Preferred Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptionally high level of organizational ability.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, managing many priorities and tasks in a high-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Mostly an office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
- The noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate.
