  • Solutions and Preventive Maintenance
    • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff to resolve equipment issues and prevent downtime.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Key Performance Indicators
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the maintenance function is meeting its objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) and 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and implementing effective maintenance systems.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical fields, including experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
