Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Motivate a culture of learning and growth for colleagues, support staff, and veterinary students.
  • Triage and develop treatment plans for emergency patients, ensuring seamless care.
  • Provide exceptional care to specialty patients, including overnight and weekend care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, support staff, and referral partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Participate in morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on hospitalized patients.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work culture, upholding our Fear-Free commitment.
