Role: Personal Care Aide (PCA)
We are in search of compassionate and dedicated PCAs to become part of our growing team. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized in-home care to our clients, ensuring they receive the respect and compassion they deserve.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Weekend shifts
- Daytime hours
- Nighttime hours
- On-call availability

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Demonstrate empathy for elderly care
- Ability to follow instructions accurately

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attend annual personal care training sessions
- Participate in required professional meetings
- Work under close supervision to ensure quality client care
- Clear criminal history check
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene
- Administer medication as instructed
- Support clients with mobility
- Aid in personal care, meal preparation, and shopping
- Perform housekeeping tasks and report incidents
- Respond promptly in emergencies
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently
