- High Level of Accountability: A high level of accountability towards local goals and business targets.
- Experience in the Automotive, Financial Services, or Related Industries: Experience in the automotive, financial services, or related industries, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Basic Understanding of Financial Statements: A basic understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
