Position Overview:
As a Room Attendant at Spire Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest accommodations. We seek individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Change bed linens and make beds, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of floors, including emptying trash bins.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
Work Environment:
This position requires regular attendance and adherence to the established standards of performance. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the hotel.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess the ability to lift and move equipment, communicate effectively with team members and guests, and follow instructions to meet cleaning standards. Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
