Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Create and share engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions, to drive audience interaction and growth.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and oversee the marketing content warehouse, ensuring easy access to images, videos, and produced materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and launch email marketing campaigns using NetSuite, focusing on segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles and local directory listings for all Ace locations, including 26 branches across the U.S.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of cross-functional project experience in marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with social media and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
