Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Presentation Manager to join our team. As a Visual Presentation Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative visual merchandising strategies that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our products and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
- Create visually engaging displays that effectively showcase products, promotions, and seasonal themes in both physical and digital environments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align visual presentation strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of visual merchandising effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to source props, display materials, and other visual elements.
- Provide guidance and training to store teams or remote associates on visual merchandising best practices and standards.
- Oversee the setup and takedown of visual displays for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes.
- Travel to physical locations occasionally to ensure visual presentation standards are maintained and provide on-site support as needed.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail in all visual presentation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar role within the fashion/luxury retail industry.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate brand concepts into visually appealing displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional travel and participate in virtual meetings.
- Eligibility to work in the US with a Valid DL
