Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays that highlight our seasonal trends and create a clear brand story.
  • Collaborate with the visual management team to ensure store changes are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with customer profiles, product potential, and competitor commercial strategies to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with the team about new products, merchandising changes, and out-of-stock garments.
  • Ensure the quality of garments through regular maintenance and steaming.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Strong knowledge of displaying product in a way that creates a clear story of the brand and highlights its seasonal trends.
  • Superior organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner while adhering to Mango's guidelines.
  • Knowledge of customer profiles, product potential, and competitor commercial strategies.
