Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of all food menus, including carryout and catering options.
  • Ensure guests have everything they need on the table after food delivery, including proper silverware, napkins, and plates.

  • Communicate food orders to chefs, prioritizing tasks and special requests.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. via food or beverage trays or required equipment.
  • Safely transport items to and from the kitchen on a slick, uneven surface.
  • Lift and carry multiple plates from the kitchen to the dining room.
  • Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant, frequently bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and wiping.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
