Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant-Carbon will provide administrative support to the Timber Buying and Logging Departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient record-keeping.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of timber contracts and purchases;
- Coordinating payments to contractors and employees;
- Preparing periodic reports for management and accounting;
- Supporting HR functions at the local level;
- Sales and customer service for lumber, logs, and by-products;
- Managing office operations and IT systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Mathematical accuracy to manage finances;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- High School Diploma, with some college education preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
