About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Manager at PartsSource, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive stakeholder engagement, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Brand Marketing Strategies: Create and execute integrated brand campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product development, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Manage and Oversee Content Development: Develop and execute event marketing plans and measurement, as well as manage the development of corporate marketing content.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the Brand Marketing Budget: Ensure efficient allocation of resources and return on investment.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Engage at a leadership level and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate results-orientation and strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative Design and Video Production: Develop creative content and manage video production.
  • Experience with Marketing Tools: Proficient with WordPress, Marketo, and other marketing software.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: Required.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Marketing and/or Brand/Content Management: Preferred.
