We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Nested Bean Inc. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our brand, including websites, landing pages, email templates, social media, and banner ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design digital marketing materials, including email templates, website assets, social media, and banner ads.
  • Create and produce engaging and high-quality short video content for various platforms.
  • Evolving and creating key brand elements, including infographics and icon library.
  • Develop concepts based on notes, presentations, and other provided materials.
  • Gather data, information, and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines.
  • Learn to problem-solve through design.
  • Have an understanding of branding and direct marketing principles.
  • Design and produce occasional offline communications, including packaging.
  • Help direct photoshoots and coordinate with outside photographers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Proficient with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign).
  • A strong design portfolio that reflects creativity and an understanding of basic design principles.
  • Understanding of current trends on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Understanding of digital & email marketing (Ecommerce experience is a plus).
  • Must be creative, thoughtful, and forward-thinking.
  • Must be both an independent worker and a strong team player.
  • Must be organized, hard-working, and able to manage and stick to a schedule.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient in website design or front-end developing (Knowledge of responsive design is desired).
  • Experience in photography.
  • Experience in marketing or a related field.
