Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the staff, budget, roadmap, projects, processes, and support activities related to our ERP system.
  • Participate in all major strategy, operational, and project-related decisions for the ERP system.
  • Direct and validate system documentation at all stages of development and support for the ERP system.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts for on-going efficiency and effectiveness within the department and across the organization.
  • Identify and manage gaps, ensuring accurate documentation of systems and resiliency and redundancy is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or mentoring staff involved with project management, application development, and support of a heavily modified, 3rd party, large-scale ERP system within an organization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills working in both a ticket-based and bundled project environment.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Able to gather and analyze information and develop alternative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, manage and implement change, and manage budgets.
  • Outstanding coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in team building and collaboration with business leaders, 3rd parties, and internal staff.
  • Ability to perform effectively with guidance/limited assistance from functional leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and rapport with all levels of staff and other IT leaders.
