Ramp Tower Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Serco North America. As a Ramp Tower Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the non-movement side of the airport.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the movement of aircraft on the non-movement side of the airport, utilizing your knowledge of the air traffic control system.
- Authorize aircraft pushbacks and taxiing to the movement area for hand-off to the air traffic control tower.
- Direct aircraft to the proper gate and deconflict them from other aircraft in the non-movement area.
- Utilize state-of-the-art systems to provide situational awareness about anticipated aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Communicate with pilots using aviation radios and with dispatchers and airport personnel using FM radios and landlines.
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Minimum of four (4) years experience as a journey-level air traffic controller with the United States Department of Defense or FAA
- Mobility and fitness to safely work in an air traffic control type tower
- Ability to be granted and maintain a security badge as mandated by the Authority, FAA, and TSA
- Ability to meet all minimum drug screening and prohibitions as established by the Authority and under applicable law
